You’ve put together a great guide here. Renting or hiring catering equipment can be a very cost effective alternative to buying items outright. It’s important to remember that when selecting equipment, buying a cheaper brand or model doesn’t always represent good value for money – as the cost of servicing or replacing a unit if it breaks down may outweigh the initial savings. So renting presents a good alternative.
